RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We want you to love our product so we will be pleased to process any return or exchange and refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:

Products must be returned within 30days of purchase.

The product you are seeking to return or exchange must not have been worn in the water. We must receive the product in un-creased, original new condition with tags attached.

Please email hello@theswimset.com.au to register for your replacement or refund. Please provide the following:

Name, order number and postal address

Date order was placed

Reason for return.

Our customer order team will review your request and provide instructions for you to complete your exchange or return. Please note that your return shipping will be at your own expense.

The Swim Set is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. For returns within Australia, we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. 

We reserve the right without limitation to refuse to accept any return that does not comply with the return conditions outlined above.

Please note that items marked as sale can not be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
